Job Summary
A contact center solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Medicare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to Medicare Part A and/or B telephone inquiries from the Medicare provider community
- Support questions regarding guidelines and policies covering a wide range of topics to include provider enrollment
- Reviewing claims processing systems to identify specific claim edits and audits applied on claims
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written), required
- Minimum 1-year experience in a call center
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good listening and strong verbal communication skills
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Working on a PC in a Windows or similar environment
