Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Mortgage and Collections Customer Relations Agent in Tucson.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing stellar customer service
• Handling an average of 100 or more inbound and outbound calls per day
• Negotiating with customers to resolve their mortgage loan delinquencies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Will start remote but will return to office once COVID-19 stay at home orders are lifted
• 2+ years customer service
• 1+ years of collections
• Intermediate computer skills, word, excel, outlook, windows
• Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
• Must have the ability to connect to the internet via direct connection (not Wifi)
