Job Summary
A lending company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
- Managing a high call volume, emails and SMS
- Pre-screening potential borrowers by confirming basic information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
- Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
- Ability to counter customer objections
