Job Summary

A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Servicing Support and Contact Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and leading individual monthly performance meetings
  • Providing real-time and/or side-by-side operational and sales coachin
  • Sharing job knowledge and best practices of Management functions with Team Leads

Position Requirements Include:

  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required
  • Comparable Work Experience
  • 5+ years in a call center environment and/or customer service experience required
  • 1+ year sales experience required
  • Ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
