Job Summary
A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Servicing Support and Contact Center Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading individual monthly performance meetings
- Providing real-time and/or side-by-side operational and sales coachin
- Sharing job knowledge and best practices of Management functions with Team Leads
Position Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
- Comparable Work Experience
- 5+ years in a call center environment and/or customer service experience required
- 1+ year sales experience required
- Ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
