Job Summary

A communication company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish MyChart Help Desk Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing answers to users by identifying issues; researching to provide the correct answers
  • Resolveing concerns by clarifying issues
  • Maintaining call documentation by entering complete and sufficient information

Qualifications Include:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service experience
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and good listening skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Minimum typing skills of 45 WPM
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
