Job Summary

A health service company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese Senior Advocate Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for supporting Contact Center Operation per exceptional customer experience
  • Engage as the primary liaison to our Signature HMO member
  • Initiate investigations and partner with other assigned parties to participate in root cause analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Work experience handling escalated issues, complex situations, & calls requiring conflict resolution
  • Work experience with all CCO-related systems Salesforce, PEGA, TruCare, MHS, and more
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives
