Job Summary
A health service company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese Senior Advocate Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for supporting Contact Center Operation per exceptional customer experience
- Engage as the primary liaison to our Signature HMO member
- Initiate investigations and partner with other assigned parties to participate in root cause analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Work experience handling escalated issues, complex situations, & calls requiring conflict resolution
- Work experience with all CCO-related systems Salesforce, PEGA, TruCare, MHS, and more
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience participating in cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives
