Job Summary

A car financing company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese Collections Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service regarding collection issues in heavy traffic call center
  • Resolve client discrepancies; reconcile customer disputes pertaining outstanding due balances
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • 6 months of Collections experience or 1 year of related customer service experience
  • Detail-conscious and task oriented mindset
  • Commitment to excellent customer service to our customer and dealer partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
