Job Summary
An auto finance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese Collections Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Opening client's complaints and refer to manager if needed
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues in heavy traffic call center
- Resolving client discrepancies; reconcile customer disputes pertaining outstanding due balances
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- Minimum of 6 months of Collections experience or 1 year of related customer service experience
- Detail-conscious and task oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service to our customer and dealer partners
