Job Summary
A provider of market intelligence and insights is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese Mobile First Technology Brand Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a book of Account Manager Brand, Mobile first (Tech) business
- Grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsells.
- Manage c-level discussions with customers
Qualifications Include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages : English, Spanish, or Portuguese
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, mobile gaming, and/or ad-tech companies in an Account Management
- Proven record of creating, managing and implementing Quarterly Business Reviews
- Understanding of interacting with C, EVP, SVP, Sr. Director level customers
- Ability to present complex data solution in a clear and concise manner
