A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Overnight Clinical Operations Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interfacing with our patients over the phone and through email
- Providing internal coordination with our team and doctors
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to respond effectively via phone, email and face-to-face
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong interpersonal skills
- A passion to provide every American with more convenient and more affordable access to healthcare
- Must be able to provide a consistent schedule
- 1-2 years of previous internships or work in the healthcare field and/or a customer service role
