Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Access Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Accurately scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites according to protocols established by the client
- Gathering and entering patient demographic and insurance information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
