A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Access Representative in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing complete and accurate registration and/or eligibility functions
- Verifying insurance requirements
- Informing patients of registration processes and privacy notification
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual Patient Access Representatives must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in of medical office or medical customer service work experience
- Completion of equivalent schooling includes a Medical Billing and Coding Certification
- The interpersonal communication skills necessary to interview and interact with patients and medical staff
- Detail oriented with good analytical problem-solving skills
