Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Obtaining current patient information for established and new patients
• Accurately entering and updating patient information in scheduling system
• Identifying payer source and verifying insurance eligibility

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer services experience within a contact center or healthcare environment
• Proven understanding of Microsoft operating systems
