A platform that provides physicians with custom resources for patient management is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Engagement Specialist in Jacksonville.

Must be able to:

  • Engage with patients over the phone
  • Contact 150+ program eligible patients by outbound phone calls
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production quotas

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum one-year call center experience, healthcare setting preferred
  • Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish
