Job Summary
A platform that provides physicians with custom resources for patient management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Engagement Specialist in Las Cruces.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting 150+ program eligible patients by outbound phone calls to educate them on the Chronic Care Management
- Engaging with patients over the phone
- Identifying how the company could benefit them the most to better explain the value it can bring them
Qualifications for this position include:
- Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Energetic personality
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and quota-driven environment
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding goals in a call center environment
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
