Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Financial Advisor l

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Financial Advisor l.

Must be able to:

• Confirm coverage requirements for scheduled patients
• Be responsible for ownership of patient financial obligations for inpatient, and select outpatient, encounters
• Confirm eligibility for insured patients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Training 1 month on-site
• Bilingual Spanish
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a healthcare financial environment
• Requires strong knowledge/training in government payor rules and regulations
• At least one year establishing eligibility and/or payment authorizations
• High School Graduate or equivalent
