Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Financial Advisor l.
Must be able to:
- Confirm coverage requirements for scheduled patients
- Be responsible for ownership of patient financial obligations for inpatient, and select outpatient, encounters
- Confirm eligibility for insured patients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Training 1 month on-site
- Bilingual Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a healthcare financial environment
- Requires strong knowledge/training in government payor rules and regulations
- At least one year establishing eligibility and/or payment authorizations
- High School Graduate or equivalent
