Job Summary
A remote patient monitoring company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Monitoring Enrollment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting clients with installation of our devices
- Processing new client referrals and entering client information into our databases
- Managing incoming phone calls by responding to request and assisting with inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
