A remote patient monitoring company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Monitoring Services Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls with genuine concern
- Answering alarms and inbound phone calls according to protocol
- Recording details of calls, dispatches, and messages
Position Requirements Include:
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
