Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Determine support programs
• Work on pharmacy triage and coordination
• Research and resolve any claim denials or underpayment of claims

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, business administration or similar
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills
