Job Summary

A physician-owned company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Services Representative I.

Must be able to:

Receive patient/client calls and resolve them
Review accounts to determine and take appropriate action
Update patient account and notes appropriately based upon action/request

Qualifications Include:

Able to type a speed of 40 words per minute or 7,000 data entry key strokes per hour
Experience in a health care setting or insurance related field obtained in approximately 2 years
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in Spanish language
Knowledge and understanding of insurance and managed care requirements
Knowledge of medical group practice management systems and PC skills
