Job Summary

A healthcare company specializing in treatment for addiction is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and managing an average of 75-100 incoming and outgoing calls/voicemails on a daily basis
  • Providing support and compassionate customer service for the thousands of lives we serve
  • Scheduling appointments using computer programming systems

Qualifications Include:

  • High School graduate or better
  • Proven self-starter that is inspired to perform without outside help
  • 1 year experience handling volumes of medical calls
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA
  • Ability to solve patient problems and consistently meet or exceed patient service expectations
