Job Summary

A payment technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Payment Technology Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests
  • Providing standardized or scripted responses
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Must have at least 9 months of contact center experience
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
