Job Summary

A banking and credit lending company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Personal Loan Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating with customers on loan acquisition calls and help them complete loan applications.
  • Proactively selling the loan, along with other benefits, to the customer.
  • Helping drive the completion of applications to increase receivables.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be Fluent in Spanish And English (reading and speaking)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  • In lieu of education, 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
