A senior healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing counseling about how to take medications correctly
- Performing medication reconciliation after members have been discharged from the hospital
- Conducting assessments of medication adherence patterns, including factors contributing to non-adherence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Experience caring for Medicare patients
- A strong desire to continue to work closely with aging patient populations
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with at least three years of work experience in this field
- Experience with Medicare Part D operations
