A physician-led healthcare staffing company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Physical Therapy Night shift Patient Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
• Handle confidential information
• Process and record information ensuring data integrity

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by patient
• Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
