A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in San Antonio.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide continuity of care to patients with a wide range of acuity
  • Provide exceptional care for your panel of patients
  • Collaborate with MD/DO on Care Team on complex patients / escalated cases

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Located in San Antonio and willingness to practice in-person
  • Professional Spanish-language fluency
  • DNP, FNP or ENP from an accredited nursing school
  • 5+ years of primary care experience; specialty in Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
  • Licensed in Texas
