Job Summary

A customer experience management company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Product Education Facilitator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading training projects from start to finish
• Developing and delivering end-user training curriculum
• Compile training assessment findings, identifying themes and delivering related training plans

Qualifications Include:

• Fluent written and spoken in both English and Spanish
• 3+ years experience creating and delivering corporate instructor-led, eLearning, and hybrid course curriculum
• A solid understanding and experience in training and instructional design methodology
• The ability to discuss the benefits of a SaaS CXM program and knowledge of implementation of enterprise systems
• Familiarity with learning tools such as authoring tools, screen capture software, and survey/assessment tools i.e., Webex, etc
• Prior experience directly planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns end-to-end with proven ROAS
