Job Summary
A curriculum and assessment company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Professional Learning Specialist in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating initial training workshops and follow up strengthening workshops
- Conducting coaching sessions, in-person and remote, with smaller groups of teachers
- Providing support to individual classroom teachers and leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel within Los Angeles
- Fluent in Spanish and able to deliver trainings in Spanish
- 3+ years of K-5 ELA teaching experience
- Proven knowledge of current early literacy instruction best practices in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret district, school and classroom-level data
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development for teachers and instructional leaders
