Job Summary

A global non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Proposal Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Assisting country offices to maintain Americas project proposal tracking
Creating tools and templates for calendaring and logistics
Supporting the approval process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Project Management Knowledge
Experience with improving organizational processes for improved resource mobilization
Knowledge on major funders such as major institutions, foundations, and government agencies
Strong English and Spanish skills, both oral and written
Highly proficient in Office 365, Zoom, Teams and other software
Familiarity with and experience in responding to requests for application proposals
