Job Summary
An insurance agency is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Quality Assurance Representative.
Must be able to:
- Review English and Spanish call recordings using documented standards and systems.
- Provide English written documentation regarding agent interactions with callers
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with Windows programs, specifically Excel
- Bilingual – fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
