Job Summary
A media marketing firm has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Rapid Deployment Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to client's customers during campaigns and spikes in activity
- Providing meaningful customer relationships, while being aware of any potential issues on the social media platforms
- Working on rapid-start, short-term projects to support clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Native level speakers of Spanish
- Having a sound judgement and brand awareness
- Experience in using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Background experience in either engagement, social customer care, localisation, and/or community management
- Confidence with digital technology, and knowing the latest trends in social media like the back of your hand
