Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual RN Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of MN
- 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience or experience as a telephonic Case Manager
- Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm in Eden Prairie office
- Must be available for up to 6 weeks for training - Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
