A online retailer of home goods is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Retail Customer Service Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive coaching and counseling to assist consultants
  • Manage a team of 12-18 bilingual consultants at varying skill levels
  • Supervise consultants answering calls and emails from customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
