Job Summary
A online retailer of home goods is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Retail Customer Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide extensive coaching and counseling to assist consultants
- Manage a team of 12-18 bilingual consultants at varying skill levels
- Supervise consultants answering calls and emails from customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Proven ability to close performance gaps
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
