Job Summary
A platform that provides physicians with custom resources for patient management has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish RN COVID19 Results Coordinator in San Antonio.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting patients with results from their COVID-19 test
- Receiving inbound calls from patients and utilizing the company's Operating System to look up patient information and report test results
- Educating patients on recommended protocols to follow in cases of positive test results
Required Skills:
- Two or more years’ nursing experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to make independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Ability to provide general education about COVID-19
