Job Summary

A platform that provides physicians with custom resources for patient management has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish RN COVID19 Results Coordinator in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Contacting patients with results from their COVID-19 test
• Receiving inbound calls from patients and utilizing the company's Operating System to look up patient information and report test results
• Educating patients on recommended protocols to follow in cases of positive test results

Required Skills:

• Two or more years’ nursing experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to make independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Ability to provide general education about COVID-19
