Job Summary

A customer services outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing personalized customer service support via phone, email and/or live chat
  • Assisting customers by identifying and resolving issues
  • Guiding callers towards the right solutions for their individual needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • At least 1-year experience in a high-volume, customer-service role
  • Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows OS and/or Mac OS versions
  • Ability to install and uninstall applications and download products and applications
  • Ability to function in a multisystem Microsoft environment, using Word, and other software applications
