Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Sales Coaching Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring productivity metrics and driving team performance to meet/exceed department goals
- Providing leadership and guidance, individualized coaching, training and agent development
- Supporting agents with consistent coaching sessions and team meetings in both Spanish and English
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluently speak, read, understand and converse in both Spanish and English
- Candidates will be required to complete a bilingual/Spanish speaking assessment
- Candidate will be required to complete a typing test assessment
- Uses effective communication skills and demonstrates coaching expertise
- Possesses verbal and written communication skills that are clear, accurate and professional in Spanish and English
- Sets direction and builds an inspiring vision
