Job Summary

An IT consulting company is in need of a Remote Salesforce Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with LATAM’s Salesforce Product Owner and Tech Lead/Dev team to enable the implementation of key initiatives across Latin America
  • Driving analysis to define integration plans for acquired systems and data
  • Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and establishing effective and efficient processes, including prioritizing demand

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in implementing CPQ like solutions (Salesforce CPQ or APPTUS/CONGA) across LATAM
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Extensive Salesforce.com experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • 5+ years of experience Information Technology projects
  • Hands on experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master
  • Proven detailed knowledge of business processes for sales and service with ability to make suggestions or ideas on how to improve
