Job Summary
A fashion and apparel company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Senior Accountant in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger entries, subsidiary records & schedules, includes coordinating & performing period end closings
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Prepare, review and file sales and use tax returns (multistate) including application of use tax
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
- Retail Pro – Retail Management System
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Concur - Expense Management Software
