A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Senior Billing and Eligibility Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written
- Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Solving problems systematically, using sound business judgment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Spanish/English Bilingual
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
