Job Summary
An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Interacting via telephone, e-mail, chat and one on one with customers to identify and diagnose technical issues and problems
- Providing first level support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- High school diploma
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English language
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
