Job Summary

An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Interacting via telephone, e-mail, chat and one on one with customers to identify and diagnose technical issues and problems
Providing first level support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
High school diploma
Bilingual in both Spanish and English language
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
