Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with strong supporting documentation
- Ensure proper recording, categorization, documentation, and closure of all tickets
Position Requirements Include:
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- High school diploma
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written/oral)
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and oral)
