Job Summary
A software and web development company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Software Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Respond to clients via phone, email, and Slack
- Liaise between our clients and internal teams on a daily basis
- Work on monitoring site performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Are fluent in Spanish and English both, and can support clients in either language
- 2-3 years of Client Services experience in the AdTech world
- Are comfortable with Google Products and working in CRM systems
