Job Summary
A medical research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Speaking Patient Support Coordinator I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule patients based on numerous factors such as medical staff and researcher availability
- Initiate outbound phone calls with patients to schedule appointments
- Resolve issues effectively and efficiently while providing an incredible customer service experience to patients
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma combined with experience will be considered
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Project Coordination
- Experiences in Healthcare/Life sciences
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Extremely organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
