Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Tax Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with tax software
- Communicating in English and Spanish
Skills and Requirements Include:
- MUST BE FLUENT in Spanish AND English, written and verbal
- Must be a resident of South Carolina or Georgia
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Accounting and/or income tax knowledge
- Professional customer service experience
- Great computer skills
