Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Tax Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping customers complete their taxes
  • Providing explanations of tax and technical terms to customers
  • Empowering customers to prepare their taxes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Basic knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Some experience preparing federal and state returns for individuals (1040)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Friendly and reassuring on camera
