Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and evaluate associate performance based upon pre-determined Key Performance Indicators
  • Resolve customer escalations
  • Responsible for communication between contact center management, client, and associate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bi-Lingual Spanish, English Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with various Windows programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
