Job Summary
A provider of United States- based outsourced customer service solutions is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technical Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer and technical support
- Assist customers via all channels
- Meet metrics including quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications Include:
- HS Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 6+ months experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting in technical support or online Help Desk role
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and an elevated customer experience
- Ability to collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of common goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
