Job Summary

A provider of United States- based outsourced customer service solutions is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technical Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and technical support
  • Assist customers via all channels
  • Meet metrics including quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • HS Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 6+ months experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting in technical support or online Help Desk role
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and an elevated customer experience
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of common goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
