An educational technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technical Support Customer Care Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies including telephony, chat and web-based inquiries
- Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues while communicating appropriate options
- Managing identified client issues for assigned customer accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge of how to use a computer and internet applications
- Proficiency in MS Office computer applications
- Analytical orientation with strong attention to detail
