Job Summary

An educational technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technical Support Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies including telephony, chat and web-based inquiries
  • Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues while communicating appropriate options
  • Managing identified client issues for assigned customer accounts
