A managed services provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technology Customer Service Representative I.

Must be able to:

  • Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications
  • Advise customers on behalf of company's clients
  • Interact with customers via various methods of communication

Required Skills:

  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Transactional call center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Consistent job history and passion for customer service
  • Working knowledge of computers and user-level troubleshooting capabilities
