A managed services provider is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technology Customer Service Representative in El Paso.

Must be able to:

• Update Program Database accurately
• Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone or email
• Identify and escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management

Required Skills:

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• 2 years customer service experience required
• Transactional call center experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Consistent job history and passion for customer service
• Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work on your own
